STEP 1: Contact your bank to set up a Standing Order in favour of the St Endellion Festivals Trust (bank details below) for an annual payment of either £40 or £150. PLEASE GIVE YOUR NAME AS THE REFERENCE.

STEP 2:  Click here to complete the online form with your contact details for our records. The twice-yearly mailings are normally sent by post. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive them electronically.

The form includes a Gift Aid Declaration for completion if appropriate.
